Wild BC Morel mushrooms are sought after for their nutty flavor and meaty texture. They can be added straight into soups and stews, or rehydrated for stir fry or roasting. These are made with love and care from start to finish; these Morel mushrooms are foraged in BC’s interior and dried in small batches for you to enjoy.

Rehydration Instructions: In a bowl, soak mushrooms in 1 cup warm water for 30 minutes. Excess water can be poured off and used for stock. Add straight into soups or stews to rehydrate and cook for at least 30 mins.
